Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the remote gambling services made available under the brand "Db Bet" via the website db-bets.com (the "Website").   • "Rules" means these Terms and any game rules, bonus rules, KYC/AML rules, or sport-specific market rules published on the Website, including those at https://db-bets.com/information/rules and https://db-bets.com/bonus/rules.

Account Registration

Eligibility and age verification

  • Age requirement: You may create an Account and use the Website only if you are at least 18 years old or such higher legal age as applies in your country of residence. If you are resident in the United Kingdom, using remote gambling services while under the age of 18 may constitute a criminal offence. The Operator may request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close your Account if you cannot adequately demonstrate that you meet the age requirement.

User obligations

  • Accuracy of information: You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the Website. You must promptly update your details if they change. The Operator may rely on information in your Account for KYC, payment processing and dispute resolution; providing false or misleading information may result in Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Bonuses and possible voiding of bets.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing bets and participation in games

  • Offer and acceptance: Betting offers displayed on the Website constitute an invitation to you to place a Bet. A Bet is accepted only when it is confirmed by the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history. If there is any discrepancy between what is shown on your device and what is recorded on the Operator's systems, the latter shall prevail.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market, event or game may have its own minimum and maximum Bet limits, which may differ between sports, casino games and other products. Bet confirmation, modification and cancellation

  • Irreversibility after placement: Once a Bet has been placed and confirmed by the Operator, you cannot cancel or modify it. You are responsible for checking that your Bet details (including event, market, odds and stake) are correct before confirming.
  • Operator's right to void or adjust bets: The Operator may declare a Bet void, partially or fully, or may adjust settlement if: (i) the Bet was accepted at materially incorrect odds or with an obvious error; (ii) the relevant event or market information was incorrect; (iii) a technical fault occurred; (iv) betting integrity concerns arise; or (v) the Bet breaches these Terms or any applicable rules. In such cases, the Operator's maximum liability will generally be limited to refunding the stake of the affected Bet.
  • Cash out and early settlement: Where offered, cash out or early settlement options are features provided at the Operator's discretion and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. A cash-out request is not confirmed until accepted and recorded by the Operator's servers.

Conduct in live casino, chats and interactive features

  • Respectful behaviour: When using live casino, chat functions or any interactive features, you must act respectfully towards dealers, other players and staff. Insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, discriminatory language or any other inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.
  • No collusion or cheating: You must not collude with other Players, use bots or automated tools, exploit loopholes, share confidential information or engage in any fraudulent activity. The Operator may monitor patterns of play across the BetB2B platform to detect suspicious behaviour and may suspend or close Accounts and void Bets where cheating or collusion is suspected.

Bonus Terms

Activation and eligibility

  • Bonus offers: The Website may from time to time offer Bonuses, including welcome packages, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback and loyalty rewards.   • Eligibility criteria: Bonus offers may be restricted by country, currency, payment method, or other criteria. As Db Bet operates offshore and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, some promotions may not be displayed or available to Users from the UK. The Operator may exclude or limit Bonuses for Users who fail KYC checks, use certain Payment Methods or are considered bonus abusers.

Wagering requirements and timeframes

Prohibited games, betting patterns and bonus abuse

Fees, limits and currency

Refunds and adjustment of bets and bonuses

  • Deposit refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for betting or once a Bonus has been activated. Any refund may be made only to the original source of funds.

In such cases, any overpayments may be reversed from your Account, and any underpayments may be credited.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's responsibilities

Exclusions and limitations

  • Indirect or consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, even if the Operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Maximum liability: Without prejudice to the foregoing, and except where expressly stated otherwise by mandatory law, the Operator's aggregate liability to you arising out of any single Bet or game round shall not exceed the amount of the stake placed on that Bet or game round. For ongoing or repeated issues, the Operator's total liability shall not exceed the lesser of (i) the total amount of stakes you placed in the affected product during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and (ii) the equivalent of EUR 1,000 in your Account currency.

UK-specific consumer protection note

  • Offshore operation: The gambling services for Db Bet on db-bets.com are provided under a Curaçao licence (8048/JAZ) and are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. As a result, UK statutory consumer protection regimes, UK-based alternative dispute resolution schemes and self-exclusion systems such as GamStop generally do not apply to your use of the Website.

Operator's rights

Effect of termination and treatment of funds

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable law

Courts and arbitration
